Membership Program – Terms of Service Agreement

This Membership Program Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in the AR Designs Fine Art & Tattoo Membership Program ("Membership Program"). By enrolling in, accessing, or using the Membership Program, you ("Member") agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not enroll or participate.

1. Business Information

AR Designs Fine Art & Tattoo ("AR Designs," "Studio," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Membership Program at any time, subject to the terms outlined herein.

2. Eligibility

Membership is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered Member.

AR Designs reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke membership at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to violation of studio policies, inappropriate behavior, harassment, abuse of staff, fraud, or misuse of benefits.

3. Membership Tiers & Benefits

Membership tiers, pricing, and benefits are described at the time of enrollment. Benefits may include discounts, priority booking, raffle entries, early access to merchandise or events, and other promotional perks.

• Benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash. • Discounts may not be combined with other promotions, specials, flash sales, or artist-specific discounts unless explicitly stated. • Tattoo service discounts apply only to completed tattoo services and are not valid on deposits, gratuities, taxes, or third-party products. • All benefits are subject to availability.

AR Designs reserves the right to modify, replace, limit, or discontinue any benefit at any time without prior notice.

4. Payments, Billing & Renewals

Memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis to the payment method provided at enrollment.

• Membership fees are non-refundable, including partial months, unused benefits, or canceled appointments. • It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure payment information remains current. • Failed or declined payments may result in immediate suspension of benefits. • AR Designs may cancel a membership for non-payment at its discretion.

5. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time or benefits. • Benefits expire immediately upon cancellation or non-payment.

6. Raffles, Promotions & Giveaways

Raffle entries are promotional in nature and subject to the following:

• Entries have no monetary value and are non-transferable. • Winners are selected at random. • AR Designs reserves the right to modify, delay, substitute, or cancel raffles at any time. • Tattoo gift certificates or prizes may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, blackout dates, artist availability, and scheduling limitations. • Winners are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, studio policies, and eligibility requirements.

7. Booking, Priority Access & Scheduling

Priority booking, waitlist jumps, and early access benefits do not guarantee availability or specific dates, artists, or time slots.

• All appointments remain subject to artist availability, studio scheduling, and standard booking policies. • AR Designs does not guarantee reduced wait times. • Deposits and cancellation policies for tattoo services remain unchanged and are governed by the studio’s standard policies.

8. Studio Policies & Code of Conduct

All Members must comply with AR Designs’ studio rules, safety guidelines, and artist policies.

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

9. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Tattooing and body art services involve inherent risks. Participation in the Membership Program does not alter or replace any waivers, consent forms, or liability releases required for tattoo services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AR Designs shall not be liable for: • Personal injury, allergic reactions, or adverse outcomes • Scheduling delays or cancellations • Loss of membership benefits due to circumstances beyond our control

10. Modification or Termination of Program

AR Designs reserves the right to modify pricing, tiers, benefits, or these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

AR Designs may terminate the Membership Program at any time without liability.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which AR Designs Fine Art & Tattoo operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Disclaimer

This Membership Program is offered as a promotional loyalty program and does not constitute insurance, a service contract, or a guarantee of tattoo services.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the AR Designs Membership Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
