Media Gen Terms of Service

Purpose and access

Media Gen is operated by AR Designs Fine Art & Tattoo. Inc for authorized studio personnel and invited testers to prepare, review, and manage studio media.

Use only accounts and materials you are authorized to access. Keep the studio computer and connected-account credentials secure. Do not share access with unauthorized users.

TikTok sandbox testing

The TikTok connection is a sandbox integration for testing account sign-in and identity verification. It is not a production-approved publishing integration.

Connecting an account does not publish content, schedule a post, or grant approval to a draft. TikTok may limit, interrupt, or withdraw sandbox access.

Media Gen is independently operated by AR Designs and is not endorsed by TikTok.

Content and permissions

You retain your rights in materials you provide. You authorize AR Designs and the service providers involved in your selected actions to process those materials as needed to perform those actions.

Before using client photographs, artwork, music, or other material, obtain the necessary permissions. Do not upload confidential client intake information or other sensitive records as media references.

Review all generated or edited material before use. AI output may contain inaccuracies or unintended changes and must not be presented as an authentic photograph of work the studio did not perform.

Review and publication

Follow the studio’s approval process before publication. Approval applies to the reviewed version, caption, and destination. Material changes require renewed review.

Availability of a connected account does not mean publishing is supported. Only use features explicitly available in the application, and confirm the destination before posting.

Third-party services

Connected platforms and AI services have their own terms, permissions, limits, and fees. Their availability and approval decisions are outside AR Designs’ control. These terms do not authorize purchasing services or incurring charges without studio approval.

Ending access

You may stop using Media Gen and remove local account connections. Revoke access separately within the connected platform when needed. AR Designs may restrict access to protect studio information or address misuse.

Data handling and removal are described in the Media Gen Privacy Policy.

Availability and updates

Media Gen includes experimental features and may experience errors or interruptions. Keep appropriate backups and verify important outputs. AR Designs may update or discontinue features; updates to these terms will show a new effective date.
